| The search engine scans for documents which contain the search words. The matching documents are ranked according to keyword frequency, and whether the keywords are found in the document headline. The list of matching documents is limited to the 150 with the highest ranking. It is difficult to search the support database without knowing the keyword conventions. The following table is a list of problems and possible keywords to use for your search.
Multiple keywords have implied OR logic. For AND logic, you must explicitly include AND between keywords. The keywords are not case sensitive, and partial keywords are allowed with the use of wildcard characters. For example, IGD* would show articles containing words starting with IGD. |
